[FIX] Changer un test de consistance

Il y a un problème lors d'un test de consistance en mode "archives" qui est [décrit ici](https://projects.torsion.org/borgmatic-collective/borgmatic/issues/59).<br>
Le mode "extract" permet de toute façon un test plus poussé.
